This new generation of our well-established type E55 net weigher is equipped with state-of-the-art loadcell weighing technology. Three cleaning doors allow significantly enhanced and easier cleaning access. The optimised weigh hopper – with stainless steel contact parts as standard – ensures hygienic bulk weighing and easy cleaning. A fully stainless steel version is available upon request. Should you require an update of your CHRONOS BTH packing system, the new E55 NXT series can be easily integrated into your facility as the dimensions have not been changed. The E55 NXT models as well as F1 are suitable for all industries and can also be retrofitted into all bagging plants.

CHRONO-WEIGH™ E56 is the ideal net weigher for weighing applications that require special hygiene standards in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry. The innovative weighing system provides a rounded, easy to clean weighing hopper, with options of rubber or stainless steel contact parts. An internal recirculating air system also helps reduce dust adhesion. The overall weigher height has been significantly reduced by integrating the feed hopper and/or the optional discharge devices in the weighing frame.

The SpeedAC NXT is a state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled technology, which provides extremely precise bag weights for various bulk materials. Used with all our bagging systems requiring weight measurement, this user-friendly controller allows complete control of the filling process with unprecedented efficiency. Operation is carried out via a large graphical display which provides performance feedback, fine-tuning functions, statistical data, information on the system status and more.

The CHRONO-WEIGH™ APW is a compact and versatile throughput weigher specifically designed for the modern flour mill. Precision data collection is essential to automate the labor intensive stock reconciliation needs of an efficiently run mill, from wheat intake to flour out loading. The innovative APW design ensures that weighing accuracy in the mill is not compromised whatever the product being monitored, extracted, controlled or totalised. APW Weighers are designed for simple integration into new or existing mills and are capable of freestanding operation. They can also be interfaced with any mill control system. The compact design features integral feedgate and discharge doors. Single or twin position feedgate versions are available.

The CHRONO-WEIGH™ AW/VW hopper scales are recognised for their accuracy, performance and reliability. These electronically controlled weighers for receiving and shipping free-flowing bulk materials are typically used in grain silos, the feed and food industries, mills, warehouses etc. The weigher output is dependent on the size of the weigh hopper, which can be up to 10 tons capacity. The weighers are manufactured in welded steel and are dust-tight. Infeed and weigh hopper are equipped with pneumatically operated gates. The weigh hopper has an inspection door and frame on which to place calibration weights.
