The CHRONO-VAL™ E-VAL valve packer is designed for high accuracy filling of small particle sized powders or granules into valve bags. The E-VAL combines an electronically controlled weighing system and low pressure air filler for cost-effective bagging of high-value products and gives a rapid payback on initial capital investment.

The CHRONO-VAL™ E-VAL has a weighing range from 10 to 50 kg and offers a production rate of up to 500 bags per hour for 25 kg bags. The compact design allows multiple machines to be installed alongside each other, thereby enabling higher outputs to be attained. The E-VAL can be operated in either manual or automatic bag placing modes and can be supplied with different sized filling spouts to accommodate different sizes and types of valve bag.

Applications

It has proved to be very successful in industries processing products such as: Powders (PVC, minerals); Food (wheat, potato or maize starch, fine meals); Feed (animal meals and powders); Flour.

The CHRONO-VAL™ E-VAT impeller packer is designed for the reliable filling of powdery or fine granular products into valve bags. The E-VAT has found particularly high usage in the building industry sector, where it provides trouble-free bagging of building materials. The E-VAT combines an impellor filling system and an electronically controlled weighing system.

The CHRONO-VAL™ E-VAT has a weighing range from 10 to 50 kg and offers a production rate of up to 600 bags per hour for 25 kg bags. The compact design allows multiple machines to be installed alongside each other, thereby enabling higher outputs to be attained. The E-VAT can be operated in either manual or automatic bag placing modes and can be supplied with different sized filling spouts to accommodate different sizes and types of valve bag.

The CHRONO-VAL™ VSP is an auger packer that designed to fill valve bags with flours, powders or fine ground materials. Housed in a study steel enclosure the VSP comprises an infeed screw, impeller, filling spout and is supplied with a separate nett weigher.

The CHRONO-VAL™ VSP has a weighing range from 10 to 50 kg and offers a production rate of up to 300 bags per hour for 25 kg bags. The compact design allows multiple machines to be installed alongside each other, thereby enabling higher outputs to be attained. For this type of application a single nett weigher fitted with a diverter valve assembly can feed product into two VSPs.

The VSP can be operated in either manual or automatic bag placing modes and can be supplied with different sized filling spouts to accommodate different sizes and types of valve bag.

The VSP has proved to be very successful in industries processing products such as: food (flour and other mealy products) and powders.

Vacuum Packer

The DB-700 Series Vacuum Packer is designed to package extremely light and fine powders (such as fluffy carbon black, fumed silica and alumina, as well as fine graphite) into porous valve bags. The vacuum chamber and the bulk/trim flow system draw the product into the bag at uniform rates, providing excellent filling accuracy. Fast and accurate, the SpeedAC NXT weight controller allows complete control of the filling process with unprecedented efficiency.
