Robot Palletiser

The CHRONO-PAL™ RP 1200 robot palletiser is a flexible palletising system, which requires little space yet offers good performance. The system can handle bags, pouches, cartons, boxes, buckets or drums, even when these are mixed in one palletising process. It recognises when the pallet is fully loaded and places an empty one to start the next palletising cycle. The multi-axis robot palletiser with customised special grippers allows the correct formation and alignment of bags on the pallet. Moreover, the system can reach high speeds, depending on the type of container / bag to be palletised and the number of containers per layer. The gripper, manufactured and patented by CHRONOS BTH allows the RP 1200 to satisfy the many different palletisation requirements of modern bagging lines. The output with single pick up is up to 1,100 bags per hour. Higher outputs and multi-pick up are possible upon request regarding the specific application.
