The CHRONO-FILL™ OML 600 bagging system is a compact fully automatic packaging system designed for bagging all kinds of powders or granules into open-mouth bags. The system is universal usable for all common types of open-mouth bags including gusseted and pinch-bottom bags with bag filling weights of 5 up to 50 kg. It was developed for the feed and food industries. OML 600 combines effective bagging technology with an easily cleaned configuration. Depending upon the system layout and the material being packed OML 600 can reach outputs of up to 900 bags per hour.

The optimised construction and compact design of OML 600 allows for simple installation in restricted spaces. We offer customised system configurations based on our individual site requirements and your specific needs.  The bag can be exchanged simply and quickly for different sized bags. The OML 600 has a integrated touch panel with graphical guidance for simple operation. The weigher control also features a simple and user-friendly interface. OML 600 can be supplied with our gross or net weighing systems for the optimum system performance.

The CHRONO-FILL™ PANTHER / OML 1000 bagging system is designed for bagging all types of free flowing materials into plastic paper or woven PP open-mouth bags. They can handle pillow type or side gusseted bags of various sizes at capacities of up to 1,200 bags per hour. CHRONOS BTH always put a strong emphasis on high hygienic standards. With this system it is realised through:

• Continuous bag transfer in closed conditions, contamination of the product is impossible from the empty bag placing through the closing of the filled bag

The CHRONO-FILL™ PBS 500 bagging line is designed for filling open-mouth bags with mealy, high fat and powdery bulk materials. With the development of the CHRONO-FILL™ PBS 500 incorporating our Bottom-up Filling System (BFW), we have succeeded in finding a solution to reduce dust to a minimum during powder bagging. The system has a weighing range from 10 to 50 kg and offers a capacity of up to 300 bags per hour (dependent upon product characteristics etc.). For higher outputs up to 550 bags per hour we offer PBS 502 BFW, a double-spout system based on the field-proven bottom-up filling technology. Filling of the bag is carried out by a vertical screw equipped with a fixed dosing cone. As the bag is filled, it is lowered so that the position of the dosing cone is constantly maintained just above the product level, thereby keeping the dust to a minimum.

The almost dust-free bagging procedure of the CHRONO-FILLTM PBS 500 BFW complies specifically with the high requirements for powder filling in the food and chemical industry. The system is designed to handle mealy, high fat and powdery bulk materials such as milk powders and others.

CHRONO-FILL™ K4, K6 is an open-mouth bagging carousel with 4 or 6 spouts suitable for bagging powdery bulk materials such as flour and other fine materials that need to be densified or compacted. The flour industry is benefiting from the field-proven CHRONOS BTH carousel bagging systems for many years. The design flexibility permits quick and simple bag spout changeover. The solid steel construction with low-maintenance components and assemblies guarantees high machine operational availability. The carousel bagging systems are available in manual and semi-automatic versions.

With K4 outputs of up to 550 bags per hour and with K6 outputs up to 950 bags per hour could be achieved.

The K 1000 Bagging Carousel is a multi-spout system designed for high-speed bagging of flour and other powdered products that need to be densified or compacted. It places, fills and densifies at the same time, which enables achieving production capacities of up to 1,000 bags per hour.

The K 1000 includes six filling spouts and a bag placer equipped with a high volume blower and suction cup, capable of handling open-mouth bags made of various materials. Densification of the product is performed by three vertical possers. The system could handle bags made from paper, mixed textile, PE or woven PP.

K 1000 is a 6 spout system designed for the high-speed bagging of flour and other powdered products that need to be densified or compacted. This bagging system primarily serves the food (flour mills) industry.

The CHRONO-FILL™ OML M open-mouth bagging system is a manual electronic bagging system available in net or gross weighing version. It is applicable as bagging station in combination with bag clamp, a closing system, and a conveyor.

The net version bagging system includes our field proven E55 net weigher, an electronic weigher designed to meet international standards and achieve high accuracy and reliability with the CHRONOS BTH advanced weighing controller SpeedAC NXT.
