High-Speed Palletiser

The CHRONO-PAL™ PL 4000H automatic high level palletiser is constructed for highest possible palletising performance. Special palletising programs and continuous in-line bag transport allow attainment of the high performance of up to 5,000 bags / hour (10 bags per layer format) or 3,800 bags per hour (5 bags per layer format). As a result of its modular structure the system may be easily adapted to suit different circumstances. The application of modern technology especially in the control unit offers high operational flexibility and reliability as well as maximum ease of operation.

Applications

The PL 4000H series is suitable for any kind of bags, closed either by sewing or heat sealing, as well as for valve bags, independent of the kind of bag material. This applies especially where very high performance is required, e.g. in the building industries, where bags filled with cement or ready-mix need to be palletised.
