High-Level Palletiser

The palletiser series CHRONO-PAL™ PL 1200H, 1600H, 2500H with high level feeder has been developed to meet middle an high ranged performance needs of modern bagging lines. The increased performance of the high level model is achieved by depositing the entire layer onto a pallet, which is lowered step by step and the fact that the processes are running simultaneously.

Applications

CHRONO-PAL™ PL 1200H, 1600H, 2500H series is designed for bag palletising in layer formats of 3 or 5 for euro, industrial or chemical pallets with options for alternative pallet types and layer formats.

The standard pallet sizes to be handled are 800 x 1200mm or 1,000 x 1,200mm. The maximum load is 2,000 kg. For further technical data details please download our brochure. The universal palletiser PL..H series can handle either paper or plastic bags, filled with granules, powders or pellets, any type of bag closed either by sewing or head sealing as well as valve bags.
