Australian Prime Fiber Pty Ltd. (APF) becomes official representative for Chronos BTH / Premier Tech in Australia and New Zealand
June 28, 2010Premier Tech has taken the decision to reorganise the worldwide sales structure of its Packaging Division.
As part of this process, Australian Prime Fibre Pty Ltd. (APF) will have exclusive responsibility for representing Chronos BTH - Premier Tech in the Australian and New Zealand territories. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Wyma Engineering (NZ) Ltd. for all their hard work and excellent support over the past 4 years and confirm that the agreement will formally finish at the end of August 2010. However for continuity, ongoing projects will still be supported by Wyma as appropriate.
Over the past 12 months we have continued to expand and improve our overall company structure, with the ultimate goal of ensuring our clients continue to receive world leading packaging products, technologies and all-important support around the world.
As part of this expansion process we have acquired two important and well known names in the packaging sector: Bag Treatment Holland B.V. (BTH) in Eersel, The Netherlands and STONEPAK in Salt Lake City, U.S.A. These acquisitions have broadened and strengthened our product portfolio through the integration of new product platforms and innovative technologies.
