Compact Palletiser

The CHRONO-PAL™ PL…C compact palletiser series combines the advantages of a robot palletiser with traditional palletising technology. This system is available in four different versions (400 C, 600 C, 900 C, 1200 C) to suit individual performance requirements. It features an innovative automatic gripper technique, which guarantees the exact positioning of each bag onto the pallet. For optimum stability the bags can be placed with overlapping edges. With appropriate modifications the system is also suitable for depalletising.

Applications

The CHRONO-PAL™ PL...C series palletisers are suitable for handling many types of open-mouth bags (sewn or heat sealed) in a wide range of industries and markets. The bags can be filled with granules, powdered or pelleted materials and made from any type of material, including paper, plastic and woven polypropylene.

The series can reach outputs from 400 to 1,200 bags per hour depending on bag types and / or filling weight. With the use of an optional module, the performance is increased to a maximum of 2,400 bags per hour.
