Bulk Bag Filling Systems

The CHRONO-MAX™ FIBC-FS Big Bag filling system is designed for bagging large quantities of bulk materials. As the application range is very diverse, systems are tailor-made to meet specific customer requirements. Therefore performances vary depending on the respective solution. The standard layout (filling in standing-up position) typically consists of a platform weigher, telescopic pipe system and roller conveyor. Its capacity is up to 20 bags per hour, each containing 1,000 kg. The modular design facilitates the combination of the basic module with additional equipment.

Applications

The system is suitable for a wide spectrum of bulk materials - from powders up to granules or pellets. The CHRONO-MAX™ FIBC-FS serves the Food, Feed, Plastics, Chemical industry and others.

The CHRONO-MAX™ FIBC-FS has a weighing range from 250 to 1,500 kg and offers speeds of up to 20 bags per hour for 1000 kg bags.*
